About Us

Nestled within the iconic Salamanca Art Centre in Hobart, Tasmania, Wooby Lane Gallery focuses on showcasing original and eclectic glass art. The gallery features over 50 local Australian and New Zealand artists of all disciplines, including painting, woodwork, leather, ceramics, jewellery, and much more.

Wooby Lane Gallery opened in June 2021 and is run by married couple Laurie Young and Christian Arnold. Both are working glass artists and often collaborate together in their studio known as ‘Australian Art Glass’.
